On December 22, 2016, Autotask announced an imminent change to the TSL Protocol used for the Autotask Webservices API. Autotask users were greeted at login with the following Important Notice:
Several users have contacted us to inquire as to whether Autotask’s change will affect the MSPintegrations product line, including Email2AT. We have confirmed that our systems are fully compatible with the TLS changes announced by Autotask.
Users need take no action at this time.
